I attended the meeting with my group and the members in it who were; James Deeley, Andrew Kimberley and Dale Harris and within the meeting we had a guest visitor which was Mr Bowles who was invited.
My performance
My performance was not strong during the meeting because I never discussed anything and never spoke throughout it. Another weakness would have been because i was not 100% sure on what was going on until the meeting begun because i was not in the lesson before when we was discussing the meeting. I did not negotiate because Dale was our negotiator and he got a good discussion going with James Chatton and our groups ideas were taken in and we came to an agreement on our negotiation. My strengths would have been taking in everything that was said in the meeting and thinking about the negotiations which were offered to James Chatton.
The area's were i would improve for the next meeting will be to discuss our negotiation with Mr Chatton and back up our idea's like Dale did. Also i will take notes so that i remember everything that was discussed within the meeting.
Feed back from the visitor Mr Bowles thought I had good negotiation skills before the actual negotiating meeting took place in the premeeting that the class had before the actual meeting with James Chatton.
My group performance
I believe that as an overall that our group done really well to persuade Mr Chatton to accept our negotiation to add a loose leaflet to the brochure. We co-operated well as a group and came up with a good idea to include within the 'You Need Cycles' brochure. Dale had really good negotiation skills to get the deal agreed for what we wanted. The weakness' that we had was that Me and Andrew never really had much to do. Andrew had to observe the meeting and only had to write down a few things and then just listen in the meeting. James was suppose to take down notes but never because didn't know that he had to actually take them down. The only persron in our group to speak to Mr Chatton was Dale who disscused everything but never gave a chance for anyone else to speak. The main reason for this because he was strong and kept a focus on what he wanted James Chatton to change his brochure.
The area's which can be improved for our group is make sure what the whole of the group know's what they are doing so that if next time the negotiator struggles that can help back him up.
Feedback from Mr Chatton for our group was plaesed that we reached a decision and prepared for amendment to take place. The group was prepared to go into the meeting with a clear focus and a intended outcome with a loose leaflet. So as an overall it was a win - win situation for both our group and Mr Chatton.
Feedback for group
The group that I am giving feedback on is Group 1/A which consists of Jurgen Hajdini, James Collett and Jenifer Lamb. This group's negotiation skills with James Chatton seemed to be poor and didn't look as if they new what was happening within the meeting. They may have known what idea they wanted to go in with but they couldn't back up there argument so that their idea's would have been considered by Mr Chatton. The whole group was shakey and couldn't get what they wanted to say out. They may have not known as a whole what to do but had a breif idea. For them to improve for the next meeting I would say that the whole group needs to know what they are on about so in case their negotiator gets stuck they can help that person out. Their strengths were that the whole group get involved and new basically what there idea for negotiation was.

Strengths/ Weakness' & Issue's of You Need Cycle's
What worked well/ what didn't work so well & how I could improve it?
When I was doing this task for my IT A2 course about 'You need Cycles' I experienced that working in my group that there were things that went well and others that never went so well. The things that went well were that we worked as a group coming up with the ideas and getting the work done. Also it went well because the whole of our group contributed to doing the work instead of slacking off. As an overall we all came up with ideas instead of relying on the rest of the group.
The issues we had was that we was all going at different paces, so we was coming up with new thoughts whilst we was still writing down the last thoughts. This also contributed to us not really communicating about the same topic and rushed into our work with out really going into depth about it. We were also missing a group member so that person will not know what we were doing on that day.
Next time I would improve the communication within the group so that we all understand what we are on about and so that we can all keep up with the speed that the group is going at. Also another thing that I would improve would be to make sure that every member of our group turns up to every lesson so that our group can benefit from more work that is being produced by us all.

Green = Strengths
Amber = Done well but room for improvements
Red = Needs improvement
Blue = Feedback
Yellow = Improvements
There are no strengths because of the lack of knowledge for the course I am doing.
I have not been here every single lesson. I have missed 2 out of 4 meetings and need to get in contact with Mr.Chatton to organise another meeting by myself.
I do not have a clue what we are doing, I turn up and get told what to do so not sure why we are doing half of the tasks set.
